Meg Hawkins has been many things in her life - graphic designer, sculptor, fibrous plasterer and interior designer, but she has always come back to her first love of photography. She runs her own professional studio in Shropshire, where she spends her time shooting anything from rally cars to favourite pets, taking in high fashion, weddings and portraiture along the way.

Meg and Misti were introduced by a mutual friend in late 2009, and together they have embarked on producing a series of photographic images, with the object of amusing and delighting the viewer. There is not necessarily any great underlying message in their work, and even though it can vary in flavour from the dark to the downright silly, it tends to display a lively sense of the absurd which they hope might bring a little extra sunshine to the world about them.
